The continuation of Kiara and Nino's story.

The first half of the book narrates the period when Remo kidnapped Serafina from the perspective of Kiara and Nino. Since I didn't like Serafina's relationship with Remo, reading the first half wasn't a pleasant experience. The second half depicts their lives after Serafina returns to the Camorra. We observe Savio and especially Adamo more closely. A friendship developed among Leona, Kiara, and Serafina. However, I found their conversations to be excessively fake.

Since Savio and Adamo are younger, years would have passed in their books. It's nice that the author wrote this book before their books, allowing us to get to know the family better.

Well, there's one more thing... the couple in this book has been trying to have a child for over a year, and the woman was unable to get pregnant. However, they haven't sought medical help and haven't consulted a doctor. Then, one of the brothers suggested becoming a sperm donor for his brother's wife. This is the second book I've read this year where such a suggestion is made. I don't think I can tolerate reading something like this for the third time. I was already aware of the serious problems with the American healthcare system. But if authors can write about such absurd ideas in their books as if they are extremely normal, then it seems that the American public has been heavily influenced by misleading ideas regarding medical practices as well. After one and a half years, when our couple went to the hospital, they learned that the woman's fallopian tube is blocked. In a country with a properly functioning healthcare system, the doctor would provide information about possible treatment options. From what I understand, in our book, the doctor simply tells the woman that her tube is blocked, and they leave the hospital saying "okay." Because in their conversation, the couple mentions that they have years to continue trying instead of seeking additional help. I don't know what to say. At this point, even if my finger were bleeding, I wouldn't trust American hospitals for the treatment.

This was my absolute favourite book so far. Nino and Kiara are really my favourite couple and can’t wait to see more of them. I hope there will be some scenes of them in the next two books. And I really wanna see them be parents so hopefully Allessio and Massimo also get books!!!

I enjoy this series I really do but this book was such a snooze fest for me I seriously thought about abandoning it multiple times.
It has no substance. In my opinion Nino and Kiara did not need another book right after their book.
The whole thing just seems like a cash grab to me. The first half of the book is just a repeat of Remo and Serafina’s book but from Nino and Kiara’a eyes which is basically just sex scenes. Boring. Then we have the pregnancy plot which I felt wasn’t well developed and just seemed like here, here’s something new. The adoption plot, boring and predictable AF, what a convenient way to wrap up this plot. Then Kiara ends up pregnant and I genuinely felt nothing.
Honestly the most exciting part of the book was the Falcone mother escape plot and that unfortunately didn’t even show up until the book was mostly over and ended way too soon.

The highlights of this book were the other characters, not Nino and Kiara. I wanted more Remo and Fina and more Savio. And please for the love of god no more fight training scenes with the girls. This has been done to death in both this series and the Born in Blood series, it’s not sexy anymore and I literally skip multiple pages until it’s over.

I wanted to love this because I love Nino but alas so much disappointment.

I loved everything in this book. Might be my favorite one so far. I loved Kiara's bonds with the Falcones and how they all love each other unconditionally. I cried most of the time, though, lots of emotions. Love Remo and Kiara's sibling relationship. Ahhhhh wish I could read this for the first time again.
