Eh. I dunno. I don't think I can get behind this level of hot-and-cold. It's way too frustrating.

This is the first book I’ve picked up in awhile because I’ve been in school but I’m SO glad I chose this one.
I loved this little novella. FLEW through it in one night, loved the characters, appreciated the depth of their stories, the one spice scene we did get was HOT (but we all know that about Talia)— and the Christmas vibes were the cherry on top. Loved loved loved

I really like Talia Hibbert’s writing. It’s sexy and tackles real issues while not taking itself too seriously. This story dealt with homelessness and domestic violence issues as well as fear of commitment/romance. While this shorter story wasn’t quite as fleshed out in that way as Hibbert’s full-length novel about Chloe Brown was, it was a fun story that was easy to read. Excited to find more Talia Hibbert to read.
