Man, I think the relationships between these brutes are more complex and complicated than a lot of female relationships. Haha. This one was definitely more action and even more characters. I enjoyed this next chapter and spoiler alert— it’s a cliffhanger! Eden is certainly becoming more comfortable and I feel like maybe she’s a little too comfortable at times. We’ll see where this goes….

Eden is so smart and unassuming, but a total badass in her own way.
I love Beau’s southern charm, Lucky’s playfulness, and Jayk’s soft side hidden beneath his grumpy exterior. Jasper is an interesting character I’m excited to learn even more about. And daddy Dom can be my captain any day

Omgggg the ending left me crushed. I don't know how Eden is going to recover from this. I'm nervous, but being reassured about a HEA is the only silver lining. I love how quick witted Eden is and we really get to see her strengths shine. I love that Maidson and Eden are foils to eachother and in spite of them, showcase both of them as strong, intelligent women. That's why I feel like its hard to hate Madison because yes, she's a bitch, but a reasonable one....sometimes. I know she only acts like that to the guys because she's always got something to prove. At least I hope so, I still think her reading through Jasper's book is an invasion of privacy and rude AF.
I really like the 2nd book more than the 1st because of all the angst, but now I want to go back to the slow peace of the 1st book because I can't bear to see them struggling anymore!

Decent read but the anxiety I had waiting for the truth to be exposed was too much. I don’t think I have it in me to read the final book because there’s just going to be too much tension

3.5✨️ This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster and the spice was, well, spicy. I love how kink and communication are explored, though I felt some of the spicy scenes were a bit too drawn out. The plot was engaging and the relationship development was so satisfying. The end though... I knew it was coming, but it still hurt. I can't wait to get my hands on the third book
