this book was beautifully made, we get to see that one sided love by both of the main characters and see how they use that unrequited love to develop love for each other. i think HEAVILY that Theo fell first and fell HARRRD, and Marcela wasn’t far behind. i love how the complexity of relationships and friendships were written, we got to see the beauty of Angela and Marcela’s friendship, and we got to see the toxicity of Ben and Marcela’s friendship. it was beautifully written and i NEED to get my hands on the next one when it releases this summer :3
