I was a fan of Grace's first book, so when this one came available to review, I knew I wanted to read it. It did not disappoint! The characters are endearing and flawed, and so relatable. Rom-coms are always one of my favorite genres, but I loved that this had a unique take of the story with the ex-list. Fantastic banter with so many laugh-out-loud moments, along with some spice, this gave me all the feels! Absolutely loved it and could not put it down! Thank you so much to Grace Pearce, the publisher, and BookSirens for the opportunity to review this e-arc! I received an advance review copy for free and am leaving this honest review voluntarily.

Grey dumped and blocked Ryan four years ago out of seemingly nowhere. Now with Grey living in Austin, the last thing Ryan expects is for him to show up as a groomsman to her best friend’s wedding, but here he is. Now Ryan has to handle the one person no other man can live up to her right in front of her. But what she doesn’t know…is that Grey still loves her too 👀

I am not typically a rom com girlie…but I absolutely fell in love with Ryan’s character and adored the storyline. There is the perfect amount of sass, back story, and cute moments in this novel. I found my self kicking my feet giggling at some parts, and throwing my kindle at Grey during others. I definitely need more by this author!

This second chance, slow burn romance was good and different as you get a list of the MFC ex boyfriends and her reasons for breaking up with them and why she has so many.

I love reading tropes I love but seeing how each author puts their own perspective on them. You need to know the why in which Ryan is the “serial dater” of her friends group. Now you might think that will be odd to read but Ryan isn’t dating anyone in the story. You will be getting little flashbacks on each of her ex’s and why she ended the relationship with them. Which I actually liked seeing, considering at the end of those flashbacks you get the real reasons why she ended it.

When she starts her best friends wedding week of adventures off she was not expecting to run into the ex of all ex’s there. Then he ends up being in the wedding party, so she has to deal with seeing him all the time after not seeing or hearing from him for 4 years. That was fun to read and a little frustrating at time too lol. But I did really love the relationship between Ryan and Grey. It shows you that soulmates are very much true and that the old saying, “If you love them set them free. And if it is meant to be, they will make their way back to you.”

Only Ryan didn’t think that was ever going to happen and for it to happen at her best friends wedding of all places was just…fate.

I absolutely loved The Ex List! I don’t normally go for second chance books, but something about the blurb of this one sucked me in. I’m so happy I read it. It made me feel all my feelings. Grey and Ryan were so perfectly perfect. I love how they found their way back to each other. This book would make a great movie, and I don’t think I’ve ever said that about a book before! I laughed and cried in this book more than I have recently. There was just enough steam, too. I also really enjoyed all the side characters - I hope Sage gets her own book!

GREY BECKETT!!🦋🦋🦋🦋

The Ex List by Grace Pearce is a Second Chance Romance novel that follows Ryan, a serial dater who has one rule: Never Settle. But the rule has led her to breakup with many guys for various reasons, which she texts to her ex and true Love, Grey, who blocked her number four years ago. When Grey shows up to Ryan’s best friend’s destination wedding, Ryan hopes to get some closure, but Grey has other plans. He still loves Ryan and wants to prove that they belong together, despite living in different cities and having different goals. Will Ryan and Grey find their way back to each other? Or will they remain in each other’s Ex List?

Omg! The way this book had me giggling and kicking my feet in the air, swooning, laughing and every other emotion a human can possibly feel😩🤌🏼

It was like a 2000s Rom-Com movie, with a beautiful setting, a fun plot, and a satisfying ending. It was a perfect blend of humor, drama and romance. It was a fast-paced and engaging read that kept me entertained and invested in the characters and their journeys 🥹😍

The secondary characters like Ryan’s Best friends Sage and Evie and Grey’s best friend Elliot also were so supportive and somehow made the book even more better😍

Thank you so much for this ARC, Grace💕✨🦋

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves,
