It was interesting to see how they would adapt a graphic novel to this medium. I think they did a good job overall.

Brilliant staging of these stories, rewritten specifically for this format by the author (who also narrates).

It’s very interesting to listen to a graphic novel as the graphic part is lost but the voice acting was very good (especially McAvoy) and once I accepted it I was able to get into it. Very high production value but it is a bit like listening to a movie in the next room.

I'm not big on super hero movies and apparently I'm not big on super hero books either.

Great narration and casting of narrators. Some of the stories were interesting but most of the book felt over the top. Lots of gore, violence, abusive relationships that felt over the top frequently.

I loved this - all of the Neil Gaimany "things" I love - incredible cast, tiny threads weaving through all of the stories and not wanting the story to end.
