what huh hmmmmmmmmmmmm what ok real review: first 30% was so confused and kinda bored. 40-70% of the book had me in a chokehold. loved loved loved the vibes would have recommended the book based off that middle section only. last 20-30% had me going "huh" every page... the book says it ends on a cliffhanger (but TBH im prob not gonna read the second one and i'm totally okay with that!) potentially got me out of a slump... but... i wish with all my heart i liked it enough to read the sequel.. <\3

read this super fast on a car ride with a lot of stimulus lol so i gotta think about this one a bit lol. i liked it? yeah? it was intense towards the end. the beginning vibes did not match the end vibes lmao like whoa we went from seducing the head master to THAT?! bro what
The ending is the only thing that took this from a 2 to 3 stars. I feel like I was deceived, and not in a good way. This started out amazing! The way that witch magic worked in this world was so interesting and I just wanted more of THAT. But the middle of the book made no sense! The side characters were awful, and the fact that the fmc referred to them as her closest friends but we only got a couple of pages of interaction with them?? I even forgot their names when she mentioned them later in the book.
Nothing really made sense, I was confused, characters were just so horny all the time and the Insta lust was a lot.
