fast paced book but very insightful. I loved the writing prompts and the deep topics explained in an easy way.
It brought a fresh, childlike perspective to my life, and will definitely come back to it in the future.
I loved all the cursing too!

This book was ok, a quick, short read. I enjoyed Laura’s ‘direct, to the point’ writing style but the advice was nothing mind blowing. It was just a reassuring read and advice which I have heard hundreds of times before

Sometimes you find a book that's just perfect. This is one of the best books I've read in years, maybe ever. It's so full of wisdom and beautifully written, I immediately want to read it again. Going on the favourites shelf for sure!

This book is like a nice pat on the shoulder reassuring you that you're doing okay. None of the tips are revolutionary, but who knows, it may come to you at a time you most needed it. Today was the first time I've ever resigned from a job and I felt a lot of guilt, but it was nice reading this and reminding myself I'm allowed to want things and to put myself first.

Laura never fails to astound me with her words and fill me with a complete sense of awe. This book is a little piece of magic that everyone should experience, at whatever stage of life. I truly believe anyone will be able to take away something from this.

Uplifting and easy to listen to. Little reminder not to take things too seriously.
