The prequel of The Girl You Left Behind and Paris for One are the best stories in this collection. Otherwise, I felt the stories were repetitive in terms of theme.

Many of the stories examine unhappy relationships and women trying to decide if they want to leave. Some stories have happy endings, some don't, but the decisions always feel appropriate. The title story is really a short novella and the one I liked the most. Do read them all, though.

Paris for One was good, it was very charming, and cute. The short stories were less interesting, my attention wandered quite a bit.
