Took a while to finish because I couldn’t get into it at first. I enjoyed the first story, but the rest of the stories were silly and not thrilling enough to want to continue.
I really liked the first story. The rest were just ok.

A Quick Reads book borrowed from my local library and I really liked it! It is a sweet romantic story of Nell, being spontaneous and booking the Eurostar to Paris for a weekend away with her boyfriend, Pete. However, he gets held up at work so she travels alone.
Cue, a double booked hotel room, a frosty receptionist and a cute waiter who wants to be a writer, Nell is in for an exciting 48 hours in the city of love!

有幾個關於婚姻的短篇還不錯,但有幾篇浪漫得就有些不真實了。雖然我還是蠻喜歡第一篇《一個人的巴黎》,有些Before Sunrise的感覺。

2.5 stars only for the first story, Paris for One. The rest of these short stories weren't really for me.
Paris for One was a sweet, quick story. I like Jojo Moyes writing, and this story was pretty fluffy, but it was an entertaining read for a distraction one afternoon. I tried to read some of the other stories in the collection (Paris for one is the main story and essentially a novella) but wasn't so much into the shorter ones.
I’ve read this twice. The second time was perhaps…3 or 4 years after the first time? It was worth it, simply because it’s a quick read, and a nice pallet cleanser between other books, or a filler when waiting for other hold books to show up at the library
