⚠️This book I will say is a lot heavier than “A thousand boy kisses” so be aware of trigger warnings. ⚠️

So far this year I’m having a slow pace of reading, but i’m also back in school so it’s hard for me to read.

You already know what i’m going to say if you’ve read my other reviews: I loved this book!!!

I’m so happy for Savannah and how much she has come from the start of the book to the end. My favorite parts were when we still got a slice of Poppy within the letters and their “conversations”. I was so happy in chapter 23 when Rune showed up… if you have read or watched TATB series then he and Cael are so Peter Kavinsky coded 😍

Speaking of Cael, at first I didn’t like him but then soon fell in love with him. I loved his character development and the way he treats Savannah is so sweet. “Peaches” 😭😭 It just melts me the way they both love each other so much. They seriously found each other. This is also just a slight thing and no hate to Cael, but can Leo and every guy in Cael’s life  just stfu and stop calling him “son”. Like i’m sorry but that just made me mad.

Once again, sorry for this long review, but I just want to say one last thing. I understand It’s pretty much the whole point of the whole point of the book, but I 100% believe in you seriously meet someone when you need them the most.

P.S did anyone catch on how Rune died? I’m a little confused on that part, because I know it was mentioned in this book and in Poppy’s.

**4.5 stars: this was heartbreaking but also beautiful. I was a little weary for most of the book but it came to the most amazing end.

The book could have been shorter. The same things were repeated too often.

This book crushed me. It was heartbreaking in the best and worst ways. A thousand boy kisses was devasting, but this one was on an other level. I was crying through 90% of this book. Just reading about the grief and trying to heal from it all at only 17 years old was just so unfair. I highly highly recommend reading this book. Whether you are healing, grieving or just need a good cry. 10/10!

I read a Thousand Boy Kisses shortly after it came out. It broke my heart
