Another wild thriller ride from Minka Kent! Narrated by Carly Robins and Jane Oppenheimer.

Wow.

This book was something else. From all the twists to the ending? I seen some of them for sure but a lot of them caught me by surprise.

Definitely a favourite read of this year and would recommend it.

hmm i just finished this a day ago and im sitting on how to rate this because there are a couple of good twists, but honestly, I saw them coming for the most part. i think i'm in a thriller saturation zone where it takes a lot to surprise me. it could also be that i didn't have any character to root for, they are all awful.  ultimately i didn’t love the direction the author chose to go. it was a little too similar to many other books in this genre and thus was a bit predictable for me but i was actually surprised when i found out
meredith knew the whole time
however, it was still great, keeps you on your feet, type of thriller. i was so intrigued the whole time, regardless of if i was predicting things or not. and i really enjoyed the audiobook!

Ok, where do I even start with this one? This book pulled me in from the beginning! It’s such a fast paced psychological thriller with dual POVs. You read from both Merritt and Lydia’s side and I got the sense that BOTH ladies were possible unreliable narrators and had deeper secrets than initially presented. This kept me turning the pages wanting to find out more. I loved getting lost in the setting of this twisted little seaside town in the PNW. This is a book that you will want to finish in one sitting. If you liked Verity, I feel pretty confident saying you will love this book too!
