A nice, little filler to ease us out of the war behind and ease us into the journey ahead.

god this shit was boring asf

i cannot stand feyre and rhys here, they are literally like different people. feyre is medaling with everyone as if they’re children

and rhys is so overbearing and protective it’s super annoying

lucien and amren are the only ones that had their heads on straight

also why was nesta treated like she was the worst thing to ever grace valaris?? these people are centuries old, and have done UNSPEAKABLE things, but nesta getting drunk and living in a “slum” just cannot tolerated?? god leave her tf alone

the only chapters i enjoyed were nesta and cassian

this series would be better without this pos book

ugh this was so cute. somehow, maas has this way of making me question my existence while simultaneously inspiring me. the end of the this book was amazing, and everything felt so complete. I'm so glad I read it (even though it's literally like a Christmas special.)

This book took me the longest to read so far in the series and it is also the shortest, make that make sense
