Wow!!! Holy 5 stars!!! This book was devoured in 48 hrs. I work full time, have a family and things to do. I barely slept. I needed to finish this work of art. Edie & Luka are divine! The banter, the anger, the hate, the spice. Yes, yes & yes please! Gah, I’m now going back to this authors backlist bc wow, she killed it. From the first chapter I was down bad. This was SO FUN! The ride was up and down, I laughed, I cried, I felt for these 2 from top to bottom. I wish I could read it again for the first time.

**Romantic suspense, enemies or even loathe to lovers, fake identity, age gap, mafia, did I say romantic suspense! The ride is delish!

I voluntarily left my honest review for a free copy!

  | This was an intriguing story, and I was never quite sure where it would turn next! Our couple, they had instant and immediate chemistry that leapt out at you, that was never in doubt. The story they were swept along in, that had the moments that kept shocking me. The college woman and the mafia kingpin are an uneven match, but as time goes on, and they learn to trust, they find that balance that works perfectly for them <3

The Kingpin's Call Girl was my first book by the author. Edie is a college student trying to find out what’s happened to her sister. She gets manipulated by a police officer into being a call girl where she catches the attention of an elusive Kingpin, Luka. I binged this story - it was so much fun. Both characters run deeper than the people around them realize and they have an instant connection. I primarily listened to this book on audio - I love audio books with dual narration and this one was easy for me to listen and get caught up in the story.  Thank you to the author for the ALC and ARC.
