Dark story. Evil character, so much so that I don't want to know more by reading the rest of the series.

Hated this book but have given it a two star rating because it's mercifully short and sets up what is a pretty good series.

Great book, turns the table on the ideas of who is the victim/the villain. Donaldson has a very unique storytelling tone...

A little dark, but well worth the read. And well worth picking up the whole series. It's truly epic.
