After being a die hard fan of the show for years I finally decided to pick up the comic and I’m glad I did. While show Rick and comic Rick are two vastly different people I still enjoyed the traits that the comic character had. I feel like his very emotional state and the crying would be a very real life emotions for someone going through the apocalypse. I appreciate that they gave him this trait because often in post apocalyptic comics and books the characters are hard unemotional badasses straight for the get go and that’s just not realistic. I suggest that if you are a hardcore fan of the show picking up the comic and giving it the chance it deserves.
