Curious to see where this goes next. Not been too whelmed by this title recently, so it'll be nice to see if it gets its groove back. These last two issues were better, but still not the amazing that they used to be.

Issues like these remind me this is a teen/coming-of-age comic; at that it's very good.
So in a fast-pace trying to stop a runaway train and OH THE HUNKY GUY, Kamala is trying to hit pause in real life.
Kamala is figuring out herself and her place in the world. She takes a blow that New Jersey will take ANY superhero, so that uniqueness to her and her city feels challenged. I think a part of her also says "Yes, I'm ready for this romance!" (With Red Dagger) but it might have her questioning her feelings with Bruno and THAT one guy that taught her not to trust blindly do there's that bit of a struggle there which feels like an end-of-the-world level struggle. The question of identity and stuff is SO HARD to deal with at that age, bruv.
Hoping Kamala the best.

Not the best issue to try and jump back in, but I like the character work done with Kamala even I think her new boy is a tool.

I really liked this one. I loved seeing Ms Marvel and Red Dagger working together. That ending though.
