really motivating although some parts felt a little bit too commercial (like BUY THIS NEW RECIPE, IT'LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR EVER) and also was reeeeeealllllyyyy long for other parts

but still a very very good, motivational book!

Get up earlier and get more done. Tell yourself you can do it. Times the term Miracle Morning is used: 265 (almost every page)

Giving this a 3 because it’s definitely helpful in giving tips for a good morning routine and taking time to set yourself up for success for the day. Drawbacks are it’s a bit too sales pitchy and gimmicky. Reads like a neon sign for success. It’s definitely written for a low reading level and contains a lot of fluff that could’ve been cut.

Will try the 30 day challenge just to see how it works. Fairly new to the self help genre so don’t have a ton to compare it to.

A great book to help refocus your mornings. Not every bit of this will work for everyone and it can come across a bit “gimmicky” but I really appreciated much of it as a loyal night-owl who needs to make mornings productive. I’d recommend to anyone who is open-minded enough for the high-energy and Uber-motivational type of message. If you don’t want to listen/read to motivation and wake-up/morning tips for 4+ hours then this book isn’t for you.

Propaganda or self-help?

I have read a lot of "how to change your life in 30 minutes a day" books and blogs over the last few years of being disabled, and I didn't find anything particularly groundbreaking or new in this one. Honestly, this book feels more like propaganda than self-help, but I guess there isn't much difference between the two these days.
