This author seems to spend more time selling the reader on a book they've already picked up than actually outlining his miraculous daily plan. Much dislike. Very bad.

But once you get to the meat, I like his morning plan. I LOVE that he gives a chapter about how to personalize your morning plan.

This book is a really long sales pitch. The information could be summed up in a short article, but the author drags on about all the benefits of his system. It’s like he is trying to convince you, and maybe even himself, that it works. Let me give you the synopsis: wake up early, drink a glass of water, sit in silence/meditation, visualize your success, read positive affirmations, read, journal, move your body. That’s it. The rest of the book is just testimonials and links to Miracle Morning resources.

While it has some interesting ideas, the book reads like a giant infomercial for his website.

Although I have not put this into practice ( yet). I was very inspired by this book and what it seems that you can do if you only make time for yourself and your goals. As a mother, I put everyone before me, even my dogs.

I will make more time in 2017 to get MY things, dreams and goals done. We can do this people!!

I didn't expect much from this book but I wanted to see what the hype was about. Poorly written and repetitive. Would have gone over better as a long blog post or online article... As for the idea, the big secret is basically about setting intentions and taking time for meditation and exercise first thing in the morning - which science has already proven to be beneficial.
I guess if you haven't ever read about any of these things and can get past the bad writing, this book would be more impactful.

Good self development practice

This book has some great and practical steps anyone can implement in their life to become the great person that we are all meant to be.

This is the fist selfhelpbook that I actually have integrated in my daily life, it makes me wake up happier, stonger and secure! Recommend this book to everyone!

He's just hyping himself up for a big part of the book. It's basically just a routine? At 5 or 6 o'clock?
My advice if you want to do this, do it like I do: just wake up earlier and do the things you don't have time for in the evening. You're welcome.

Also, his claim that you only need 6 hours of sleep by making yourself believe you only need 6 hours of sleep is terrible advice.

Heel Amerikaans, wel makkelijk te lezen.
Nu gaan starten met zijn idee. Ben benieuwd.
