Good message, didn’t need to be as long as it was IMO but the writing is helpful for someone who needs things completely broken down.

I have read a few self-help book, mainly due to curiosity more than believing I need help. Fortunately there are a few nuggets of information you can take from them. With Hal Elrod's book I do not not think this is the case.
Books such as The Miracle Morning usually have the same premise. A person is successful but is not fulfilled, overcomes adversity of some kind and comes out of it with the answer to people's problems. I am not taking anything away from the writer's accident as described in the beginning of the book. He should be admired for overcoming that alone. But to then face financial difficulty following his accident to then discover getting up early and doing things is the answer to everyone's problems is not the best premise for a book.
This one ticks all the same boxes as many other self help books. Eat more healthy, exercise more, write in a journal and read more, whilst at the same time selling us the Miracle Morning journal or the The Miracle Morning health shakes feels a little disingenuous especially when you know the writer is an ex-salesman.

tof boek om te beginnen of je huidige ochtendritueel uit te breiden/te verbeteren. dit laatste is voor mij het geval. ik vloog door het boek heen, zeer interessant om te lezen en te gaan gebruiken in mijn leven.
I chose to read this kind of on accident as it was the only book I could access from my Kindle while I was at work. However, it immediately had me hooked. While it is a lot corny and cheesy, I think that a lot of what Elrod says speaks true. If we work on our own personal development, we will begin to succeed in other areas of our life.
I quickly found a friend who was willing to try waking up early and doing this with me, and I swear that first morning really was as exciting as Christmas morning. I hadn't realized I had allowed myself to get stuck in a rut and wait for the next THING in my life to make me truly happy. The Miracle Morning (yes, cheesy) is helping me find my purpose and hold on to things that I am thankful for in my life to make me HAPPIER.
Despite the cheesiness, I would recommend this book for those who have found themselves stuck, or want to be more successful or happier..you deserve to be the person you've always wanted to be, so do it!

I really enjoyed this. It was my first self-help book, and while I don't follow all of the principles still, it's all good stuff.
As a proud night owl who called himself a nightly raccoon to others, I was skeptical when I first read The Miracle Morning. In fact, I was so convinced that I was planning to laugh at the useless self help But I was completely wrong. In fact, so wrong that I follow the SAVERS routine daily without hesitation, fully aware of its life changing benfits. Give it a try and see if it’s worth keeping!

Carino!
