A book about nothing. Hated it. All the things you know you SHOULD do, no real advice how to do it. So glad it was free on Kindle. Would have been mad to have paid for it.

I think this is the 3rd time I've visited this book. It's great to use as a refresh and reset my mind.
Initially I thought it was a great read, full of ideas to help me at a tough period in my life.

Following the MM is great! It takes time and dedication but does help. You have to keep at it though!
