Her LA/Malibu settings are well described. It’s clear she’s learned enough about LA real estate to write about it convincingly.
If you are looking for a highly entertaining book that shows the not so glamorous side of real estate, then check this one out.

My first by this author. I thought it was pretty good. I have no complaints so that rated it a 5 star for me. Her pacing is spot on! She keeps you engaged and wanting more. I really liked Andi. And her story is good! A few twists and I’ll look for more books by this author!
It's just boring and I feel based on the writing it is bland for my taste. So far it's just run of the mill, nothing special.

A Kindle Unlimited read with reading and audio. There was a variety of characters and some unexpected twists and turns. Reminded me of the Netflix show Selling Sunset but with murder. Overall, a pretty light read that I enjoyed.
