I'd never read anything by Lisa Gray before, so reading this fast-paced thriller as my introduction to her work was an incredible experience. The suspense in the book kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. This book was fantastic. Thank you NetGalley and Thomas & Mercer for a copy of this book to read and voluntarily review.

I absolutely loved the way Lisa wrote this book. It was a very easy read, and the way she crafted the story - going from past, to present, to the night of the murder - was fantasist. Usually I find it hard to keep up with books that change the timeline often, but she did it perfectly. Being able to see all of the real estate agent's POV's leading up to it was a bonus too.
"To Die For" by Lisa Gray is a compelling thriller that delivers a suspenseful and twisted narrative from start to finish. With its intriguing premise, well-developed characters, and a relentless pace, Gray has crafted a novel that keeps readers guessing until the very end.
The characters in "To Die For" are complex and well-drawn. Andi is a relatable protagonist, flawed yet determined, and her journey to overcome her past is riveting. The supporting cast is equally compelling, with each character harboring their own secrets and motivations. The interactions between the characters are realistic, adding depth to the story and keeping the reader engaged.
Furthermore, Gray's writing style is polished and engaging. The prose flows smoothly, making for a seamless reading experience. The author skillfully balances descriptive passages with moments of high tension, creating a vivid and immersive world. The dialogue is sharp and realistic, capturing the distinct voices of the characters and further enhancing the narrative.
While "To Die For" is an enthralling thriller, it does have a few minor flaws. At times, the plot can become convoluted, with numerous twists and turns that may be overwhelming for some readers. Additionally, a few plot points may stretch the boundaries of believability, requiring some suspension of disbelief. However, these issues are overshadowed by the book's overall strengths.
In conclusion, "To Die For" is a gripping thriller that will appeal to fans of the genre. Lisa Gray weaves a complex and unpredictable tale, immersing readers in a world of suspense and intrigue. Lisa Gray has a knack for quick and entertaining reads with interesting characters. This book does nothing for making real estate agents look like good humans but it does make for entertaining reading. The twists and storyline keeps you interested the whole time.
