Another excellent installment of this series. There was a time when I worried I might tire of the relationship entanglements of the characters, but I can safely say I'm not tired yet! Griffiths has managed to keep the ongoing storylines interesting. The case in this one was enthralling too.

Another amazing book in the Ruth Galloway series, I fall more and more in love with the characters with each book and this case definitely had me on the edge of my seat.

The writing is superb. I love the way she can break from plot in a tense moment to insert a characters random thoughts.

Elly Griffiths' detectives are an automatic read for me and this didn't disappoint! Well plotted, pacing was good, and I enjoyed figuring it out along with Ruth Galloway, DCI Nelson and all their sexual tension. :D [b:The Lantern Men|44148076|The Lantern Men|Elly Griffiths|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1556631060l/44148076._SY75_.jpg|68658459]
