Great read.
This was such a stunning read. I loved their story but especially how in love with Willow Miles was, from the first moment!
I so wanted to slap Knox, so many times, for his idiotic behaviour, can't wait till he gets his comeuppance!
I loved how much faith Miles had in Willow, and that he was so determined to help and love her. Loved that she finally got her act together too.

I'll start by saying as much as I loved Greyson and Steele they have nothing on Miles Whiteshaw! Miles is psychotic and dark which is everything I love in an MMC. Every book in the hockey gods series is just getting better and better!Willow is Miles secret obession while he has to sit and watch his brother, Knox and Willow be in a relationship. This continued until the night Knox pubilicy humiliates Willow after she tells him she loves him for to admitt she was nothing but a bet. From this point on, Miles take his obession to the max and will do anything to protect her, be with her and make her realize that belong together. Knox really broke Willow to the point that she feels the ones she loves will always leave her and vows to never again. Miles has been in love with Willow and shows her just how much he deserves her and her love. The relationship between Miles and Willow will take you on an emotional roller coaster but it will all be worth it especially for that HEA we get.
This one was much more darker than the other. I didnt really the characters nor the storyline. I finished it for the sake of finishing it. The beginning felt like miles basically r*aped willow, the middle felt pretty boring, and the end was fun for a chapter. I usually like dark romance but this wasnt for me.

Miles has to be one of the most OTT JP heroes ive ever fucking read in my entire life. I AM GOD DAMNED OBSESSED.
He is perfect. And I felt so much for Willow… having her love thrown in her face by miles’ BROTHER… and finding out that it was just a bet to get her to fall in love with him? I mean for shits sake. No wonder she got so sad.
She was so sweet and strong and as someone who’s a recovering alcoholic I can totally relate to that entire feeling of wanting to just drink and drink. I loved how S. Massery wrote it. Shes amazing.
This is one of the best hockey series Ive ever read. Its so good.
And I dont know how im going to ever like Knox after what he did to Willow. Like not just the bet, but what he did in the end? I mean…. Man Im not a huge ass fan right now.
As far as the next book? I am diving RIGHT tf into it. I just KNOW that hes going to be insane. Stupidly psycho. I cant WAIT.

This was my first read by this author! I enjoyed it for sure. I’d say it felt a little long, I got to the 75% point and was checking to see how many more pages there was, lol.
Miles was obsessed with Willow- from just about the first time they met. Unfortunately his older brother decided to use her as a bet and dated her for a while until she fell in love with him, then he publicly dumped her.
It was cool that there was a good amount of hockey time in this, sometimes it’s just referenced but we actually get several game time scenes, with all the hockey action.

Oooofffff——- this was hard to get thru— a lot of this could of been hacked off I feel
Not a reread. Was too disjointed. Fantastical things happened but that's not too bad, the fact that this giant thing is ignored for most of the book is weird, and the situations that happen in the book don't connect, they just happen. The transition from bully to lover doesn't happen smoothly.
Completely dark, dangerous, and unhinged… so of course I couldn’t put it down! Totally bingeable, twisted, hot dark romance. Miles’ obsession and devotion to Willow was chef’s kiss and he was just the ultimate tortured hero who knew no bounds when it came to his obsession. I was obsessed with him, personally.
