I was lucky enough to receive this ARC from Grey's Promotion AND I AM OBSESSED! To say I have been hooked on this series from the get-go is a bit of an understatement. I do however think that Miles may be my favorite Hockey God Boy thus far. His obsession with Willow literally had my basement flooded. I get it...TOXIC man alert...but don't that make him all the yummier. I would say that he is the craziest and I do mean in the head then the others so far but jeez this man was on fire I too would want to burn.

The smut hit so fucking good in this book. I am a part of the authors Patreon page and had access to the audio after I read the ARC and man was it jus that much better. Miles and his sick mind can chain me to his be any day of the week. I would simply say thank you and pull your pants down.

2.75 ⭐️ - I didn’t love this one. I couldn’t connect with the characters and didn’t feel the chemistry at all.

Holy Compression Shorts, y’all!

As much as I loved the former featured hockey gods, nothing could’ve adequately prepared me for Miles Whiteshaw!

This man is everything dark, brooding, and sexy, with an underlying streak of feral recklessness…. I. Love. Him.

After enduring a front row seat to his brother’s selfish, and halfhearted pursuit of the woman he loves,Miles jumps at the chance to shoot his shot…not the easiest thing for the Goalie.

Burned, bitter, and broken-hearted,Willow Reed is on a path of mind numbing self destruction. After being publicly humiliated, she’s experiencing more than a little reticence when it comes to Whiteshaw brother #2.

I loved seeing how the power struggle and chemical attraction played out between Miles and Willow. Watching their history unfold and seeing how their stars had previously crossed gave me an appreciation for just how well Miles played the long game. The man was nothing if not committed. They are such multifaceted, rich characters, and I enjoyed them individually, but LOVED their explosive chemistry. Even if it was begrudgingly acknowledged at times….I’m looking at you, Willow.

When they do come together it’s absolute magic, and I was left with a huge smile on my face. (and sweaty palms because good lord, that man’s mouth!)

This is my favorite installment of the series thus far,and I absolutely cannot wait to see what these bad boys of hockey have in store for us in the future.

“And when you do realize that you’re madly in love with me, you’re going to know in your bones that I won’t leave you. I haven’t left you, and I won’t ever. It’s you and me until the end of time.”
