I think this book has literally made me on the verge of going into a reading slump. The present timeline that’s actually about the supper club is way more boring than I anticipated and the past timeline is absolutely pointless. I literally couldn’t care any less about any of the characters.

i really did love this book but i just wanted a more extravagant ending. if you like descriptions of food that are borderline horny this is the one.

Felt disappointed by the ending, as this was a book I was looking forward to reading. I kind of wanted it to get a lot darker and twisted by the end, but felt like the ending was lacking.
