I DNFd this book. I made it about 75 pages in. It seemed like a self-published, unedited book. I have no problem with self-published authors. I go in expecting things nit to be fabulous in terms of editing and length. However, with an established author that I had definitely heard of, I expected better. I was pretty bored with the plot and 75 pages in, we still knew very little about the characters except for surface level details. I just wasn't interested in reading anymore.

I finished this book in a day
The writing style is very good however at some instances and I had to skip and skim through some paragraphs
The sex scenes was fascinating nothing weird BDSM scenes but more of exciting, intriguing, inventive, and intense sex scenes
The narrative is well developed, yet when I knew there was a second part I did not feel interested in reading it.
The novel in one part did its purpose for me.

This book failed to work for me even though the cover and synopsis was great. It just didn't suck me in. I didn't like the blindfold part, just didn't understand the need for it. Even if she had connected him to where she met him, would anything come of it unless he told her. I was really hoping I liked this book.
