ehh, i think the emotional vulnerability rangetsu displays this volume came on a little too early for me -- i liked her ruthless vengeance quest energy and while i recognize it came from trauma i'm not sold that she'd break down quite as easily as she does here

I'm not sure I liked the progress of this one. Rangetsu and Tenyou's relationship seems to be getting more complicated.

Trust is hard to earn. Rangetsu has many misconceptions of her prince. Each volume reveals more of the palace intrigue. I wonder if the fact that Rangetsu is female will play an important role in the revenge and justice for her brother.

The development between our leading characters is very compelling.
