I've loved the anime since I've seen it and when I was finally able to purchase a copy of 'Ouran Highschool Host Club' I was ecstatic. The manga was exactly like the anime which helped me relive many of my favorite scenes in the anime. I would definitely recommend this if you are a fan of the anime or if you just like silly romance mangas!
I can always count on Host Club if I need to laugh!

The twins are a bit disturbing at first, but as the series progresses they end up being some of my favorite characters.
I only give it 4 because it was hard to get past the art style in the beginning. I feel like it got better toward the end though! Cannot wait to continue!
