Fine. Kind of lost me when Collins was praising workers who violently chased out the lower-performers in a company because they were “lazy,” but did have some useful tips. The hedgehog concept is insightful!

I really enjoyed the insights from this book. While the conclusions were definitely interesting, and the methods were pretty convincing, it did feel too gimmicky at moments.

Simple explanations for many successful business practices. I thought it was straightforward and a good reminder for any work type situation... But I got bored with it pretty quickly. ...maybe this just isn't my genre because a lot of his observations seem like common sense.
