This book started out strong and I really like the characters. But it started to drag and I couldn’t keep track of the locations and lore.

This was everything I needed in a fantasy enemies-to-lovers! I loved the world building although it was sometimes a bit overwhelming

I can't believe this book hasn't generated more hype or buzz so far this year! It's going to end up in my top five reads for sure, along with others such as Gideon the Ninth and The Will of the Many. I love a true enemies to lovers, and this book had enough twists and excitement to keep me hooked. Am 10/10 looking forward to the sequel!
