When I first started reading this I enjoyed it quite a bit but I put it down for a while, so long in fact that once I got back into it, I started from the beginning and struggled to get through the stuff I already read, but once I did I was totally addicted to it. I never cried so many times for a book. It's heartbreaking, and funny, and intimate. I felt like I knew this man my whole life.

While I think the topic is important and the storyline was pretty interesting, I'm afraid I came away from this book pretty luke warm. Although I do have to admit that I wasn't willing to give up on it, despite the length.

Not as good as A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius.

I didn't quite get through this yet... still chugging, well to be more truthful, still looking at it sitting in my bookshelf and urging myself to pick it up again...
