I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to readers who are interested in travel, cycling, and light-hearted memoirs. After reading this and McNuff's later memoir, The Pants of Perspective, I feel inspired to go out and see something new under my own steam - though more likely on my own two feet, as road cycling terrifies me. Lovely read!
