Sharing my thoughts on each story!

Make the Yuletide Gay - 4 out of 5 stars! This first story was super cute, I love that we started off with a sapphic love story. Vivi and Leila were a great match and for such a short build up, I was super invested!

Only Yours - 3 out of 5 stars. I know these are supposed to be short, and we’re only getting a glimpse of a couple’s story, but this one felt super rushed. I don’t feel like I know the characters well at all and I feel like the fun part was skipped. However, I liked the writing style, setting and plot so I can’t complain haha

Meet Me Under the Mistletoe - 5 out of 5 stars! Favorite story so far! I loved how the romance developed naturally, with a good pace but still lots of tension and conflict. I also really enjoyed a particular side character who totally stole the show. I need to read a whole novel from this author!

All I Want for Nochebuena - 4 out of 5 stars! Super cute story with a really unique premise. Don’t think I’ve ever read anything quite like it haha. My only issue was how rushed the ending felt. Wish it would’ve been a little bit longer

Santa’s Eager Little Helper - 3 out of 5 stars! Another one where I felt the ending was super rushed. Also, it got really intense really fast which I don’t think worked for the characters introduced. I liked their dynamic but the ending soured the story a bit

The Nochebuena Dating Dare - 4 out of 5 stars! This one was super freaking cute. I think the author did a great job of packing in a lot of history, emotion and romance into a short story. I really liked the main characters and kind of wish I could read more from them!

Love in Spanglish - 5 out of 5 stars! This author never disappoints! I loved this story so much, specially the addition of a bit of a language barrier. It was wonderful to see the development of the relationship with this slight obstacle and how they still fell for each other. So good!

To Us, You Are Perfect - 3 out of 5 stars. I haven't really read many books with a polyamory romance so this short story was really interesting to me. I wish I could've seen more of the feelings develop between the three characters, but I thought the callback to that romcom was really cute! haha

The Great Holiday Escape - 4 out of 5 stars. I love the way this author writes their stories! It's so full of emotion and connection. I felt like the romance in this one was a little too fast for me, but I loved the ending with everyone together for Nochebuena. It was definitely my favorite part of the book!

Spicier than I expected from a holiday romance, but I love all the relationships presented within its stories.

This was a lovely interconnected anthology of Latinx romance stories during Christmastime. I loved this so much. There was so much variety--stories to make you laugh cry, sigh, and dance. From crushes finally coming to light, to stumbling into something new, to leaning into what was always there. From the fear of falling, to the fear of rejection, to the fear of starting over--it covered so many facets of new love around the holiday. And the couples were passionate and real. There was a great sense of family among everyone, and I loved how it all came together.

It was a really cute novella collection.

I loved that they were all connected to each other - that everyone got their happy end who wanted - and that we really saw a lot of different relationship „options“. There were queers - poly and sapphic - and straights, all happily mingling with each other.

(Disclaimer: I received this book from the publisher. This has not impacted my review which is unbiased and honest.)

Okay, I listened to this on audiobook and had to sit down while listening. I was not prepared for the level of spice, but hot damn! There are some of these stories which take you there and will sweep you off your feet. If you love holiday stories and are disappointed with how white "Love Actually" is, this is for you. It features some of my favorite romance authors right now so I knew I'd be in for a treat. And boy was I right.

This holiday anthology featuring some of my favorite Latina authors was FIRE!! I was excited it came out last year but never got a chance to read it and now that it's finally available on audio I gobbled it up!!

Full of spicy age gap, second chance, only one bed, polyamorous Nochebuena fun. This collection has something for everyone - lots of queer love stories, lots of heart, TONS of spice and all kinds of charm with LOTS of odes to the movie Love, actually.

Favorites for me included Make the yuletide gay by Adriana Herrera (an age gap celebrity Sapphic romance), Love in Spanglish by Zoraida Cordova (a snowed in, forced proximity MF romance) and To us, you are perfect by Alexis Daria and Adriana Herrera (a perfect MMF romance). Plus all the stories come together at the end as the characters unite for a final shared holiday meal.

Absolute perfection on audio narrated by the very talented Ramona Master and Gomez Pugh. If you're looking for some great holiday short stories this one does not disappoint!

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early audio copy in exchange for my honest review!!
