Really loved this book so much and easily became one of my favs. It was actually funny while still talking about traumatic things the author has gone through in a very real way. He writes about it like “this is something that happened and this is how it effected me”. I especially liked the way he wrote about revisiting his middle school where he went through a lot of bullying and him writing how weird it was to now see this place as something so small when it was so big to him when he was going through everything. This trauma made such an impact in his life and i really loved the way he wrote about it. I also liked the way he wrote the essay where he’s writing about realizing you went through something fucked up years after the event. I really loved everything about this book and the humor actually made me laugh out loud throughout.

Listened to on Libby. I really enjoyed this book! Jean Paul outlined a variety of audience-posed questions and answered them using his life experiences.
