This was so predictable. I should've DNF'd at 20% when I knew what was coming. It was an okay book, just super obvious where it was going.

I wanted to like this. I really did. I think it was too much unnecessary exposition including what felt like specific recipes for dishes and additional unneeded characters.

Zora went from not having a man at all to having two men and they were best friends lol! The plot twist of Reid being Lawerence’s ghost writer was crazy. I always kinda knew Reid was the better fit tho. Granny and her friend were the stars of this book lol!
