This was a big improvement from the last one. Because it didn't focus on sexual encounters so much it made the book better.

i don't like the MC, she's very annoying. I also don't like the lack of female friendship.

Mile a minute thrill ride

Sasha is coming into her own in her own way. I'm sucker for a strong female lead and she is strong, witty, and sassy. Plot flow of book 2 in the Darkness series is amazing and jumps right in where the first left off. There's a lot to be said about Breene's talent as a writer a storyteller. I'm as impressed with this series as I am with the Demigods Of San Francisco.
