This duo has written one of my favorite YA books If I'm Being Honest and I really liked all their's other book but here I was struggling. Pacing was off with flashbacks and I wasn't interested in them to being with. Next book by this duo is again YA, let's focus on that.

Oh noooo.
This book started so strong and then began to drag on and the ending was…pointless? The second chance, enemies-to-friends trope didn’t even really make sense? This just fell flat for me, but had to finish it anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lighthearted read; perfect way to start the summer! I think the rating is helped because I've just been in the mood for romance lately, but I had a great time with it and genuinely was rooting for Nathan and Katrina the whole way.

OK this book. Let me just say this took me forever to read. When I say forever I mean that a 300 page book normally takes me a day and a half and this book took me maybe 3-4 days to finish. I wasn’t hooked at all. It was extremely slow with nothing to really fill in the space to motivate me beside my own determination.
I do enjoy the fact that the actual authors are kind of a play on the characters in the book, with them actually being a couple and co-wrote this together.
Overall, I thought it was going to be some thing completely different than what I got. I was expecting it to be a spicy fast pace, good angsty banter between Nathan and Katrina type of read but I was left feeling underwhelmed.
