This was a fantastic read. Love books that capture me so that I forget I'm reading a book. This was one of those kinds of reads for me.

I got this book for an honest review.
I absolutely loved this book. It was a great story with real life problems that some can relate to. Bring tissues.
We meet Connor who is an eighteen year old high school student who lives in the slums but works as much as he can and does everything he can in order to make his aught er have a better life, she is two and a half and his whole world. He does everything for her, doesn't have a life outside of school and work in order to be there for her.
We then meet Gianna who is perfect in every way; money, looks, no problems because everything is handed to her.
Connor and Gianna don't hit it off when they are paired together in their theater class. They disagree about everything and she doesn't really even want to be there anyway. He is there seriously and wants to get the winning scholarship but she could care less, except for the fact that if she messes up again, she gets booted.
They start working g together putting their differences aside and they start to like each other. They share their most intimate secrets with each other and they start to date. They have their ups and downs just like every relationship but theirs is special.
This story does have a happy ending but bring tissues if you cry over sad stories, I had tears :)

Such a great book and with a HEA! Connor and Gi-Gi (Gianna) are high school students that are forced to work together in a drama competition. Connor is a single father who's very mature for his age due to his less than ideal situation (young child, poor family life, etc). He was definitely my favorite! Gianna was a spoiled b!tch at first but she redeemed herself throughout the book thankfully! I thoroughly enjoyed this one by Xavier!

"Faith will take you exactly where you wanna be if you let it!"

Have you had that one book that you haven't wanted to end; and when it does your trying to flip the page, to then realise thats it?
That's how I was when I finished this book!

This isn't xavier's regular style of writing, but don't be fooled, this book is truly a masterpiece!

Meet conner, in his 18 years of life he has had so much to deal with. Things that would cause a 'normal' 18 year old to go of the rails.
But not conner; armed with his fathers words of wisdom, determination, hope and a lifetimes worth of love from one little lady he manages to turn life around.

tissues are a probable necessity, they definitely were for me:)

Xavier thank you for continuing to write amazing tales.

"It's about having faith, in letting life lead you where you want it to go. In reality, we all get our happily ever after, it just depends on where you decide to stop the story"
