worth my time although it's a shame that parts of the dialogue were not recovered so the writing doesn't flow as well in the second part.

really interesting to see how different the world and how it was viewed in the time all this was written down.

reflective slow-paced

Interesting book translated from the original Chinese text written by a great general (or so it appears). I don't find much benefit for the most part since we have embarked in an age where we have weapons of mass destruction but this would be of use to those who study why battles are won and lost.

This is the kind of book you could pick up multiple times, look thought it, and read something that maybe you have read a dozen times before, but now, in this moment, speaks to you in a completely different way.
slow-paced

It was a relatively easy read. However, I expected it to be much more philosophical rather than a how-to guide on waging war.

A book that’ll make you think.
