How fascinating. This book reiterated the idea that everyone has different ways of thinking. As I was reading The Art of War, I kept thinking that much of what Tzu had to say has meaning and is purposeful.

The same things that make this awesome also got a little mundane after a while, even with the short running time. It was brilliant to cast Aiden Gillan (aka Littlefinger) as the narrator, however the entire book is read with pretty much the same monotone. I am currently listening to Artemis narrated by Rosario Dawson, and she takes the time to add inflections in her voice and makes the experience seem more immersive.

The content is awesome! I look forward to reading the book as well, as I have seen it quoted many times and enjoyed all of the quotations. It has led to one of my favorite concept albums by the Swedish metal band Sabaton and it has inspired one of my favorite books on writing, The Art of War for Writers by James Scott Bell.

I'm oddly on board with this guy for being a person who hates violence.
