As someone who always thought they were creative but didn't have any artistic talent, this book was a fantastic jolt to just get started. Ship something and it'll get great over time. Or it won't and I'll figure something else out. Loved the format, will make it easy to re-visit and read a point or two at a time

A long sequence of catchy but flimsy slogans without a lot to back it up. I agree with all of the ideas in this book but the writing style means no subject is considered for long enough to really get into anything insightful .

Tons of wisdom

I really liked it and learned a lot. The first half was really good, though the second slowed down a bit and almost started to feel like entries from a “wisdom of the day calendar”—still great wisdom and writing, but somewhat disjointed and repetitive at times.

I’m a little spoiled because I get his email newsletter which is very similar and has similar wisdom.

Found this book by a bus stop. Enjoyed it but felt a little frenetic.

Most of this book aligned with how I already view my creative work, but it bear reiterating. I'm sure any creative, inovator, and/or leader would be helped along by reading this one and it's pretty quick and easy read, so there's very little to lose.

I may re-read this in the future.

Some great elements in a format that didn't really work for me and felt overly drawn out. At times it made me think of the phrase "a meeting that could have been an email".

This was the perfect book for me to read at this time in my life. I’m battling fear of sharing my work and Seth’s stories and imperatives make it hard to make excuses.
