i truly don’t understand how this book is rated so low. it’s utterly addicting. maybe people went into this and didn’t like the darkness of it. i’m almost embarrassed to admit how much i really enjoyed it. a few editing errors, but overall a really fun, quick read. 4.5 stars

ABUSE, ABUSE AND ABUSE! I cannot tell you why he was so monstrous to her, but everyone around him kept defending him, like "HE'S A GOOD MAN, SAVANNAH". There is nothing romantic about this book! Please, seek professional help if you think otherwise!

This was a fun smutty dark fantasy romance that was very easy for me to consume! With that being said I really didn’t connect with any of the characters and found myself cringing at MANY points. The first 50% had me hooked but the last half really dragged for me which is the reason for the lower rating. But it was still fun to read about Zita and Sephers story after reading A Kiss of Iron and a Touch of Poison!
