It had been a while for me In between book 1 and this 2nd book and it made me forget how much of a badass Viola is!

Lorcan, Jude, and Dino continue to surprise me. Jude especially. I was hoping to see more of him and what his feelings really were for Viola. He often seemed more pissed off than anything but, you see a little bit more of his motives and personality. Though they all seem to continually get the slip from Viola which, I have to say, makes me chuckle because they try so hard to keep her on a “leash “ and it just didn’t work (mostly). Viola isn’t able to progress much in working her list due to some inconvenient distractions. Dante pops in where he definitely doesn’t belong to poke the murderous beast that is Viola and to make her life far more difficult. Though, there is a lot more him than I thought.
There are a lot of parallel mini story lines running throughout this book that kept me on my toes! And, there is definitely no shortage of drama and action!!!

Oh, and the Cliffhanger!

Okay, we've collected all the boys. Lorcan is hurt. Jude in the rehab facility trying to get information. Dino working the brother issue. But what's the whole deal with Dante??

I love V and the boys! This was such a fun read! I think I liked it even more than the first!

We're still full on female Dexter but you start to see a shift in Viola. We start getting to know her better and get an understanding of why she is the way she is. I love the back and forth with the boys. And FINALLY the spicy scenes we've been waiting for!! Lorcan and Dino...

A Legacy Of Sorrow is book 2 in the A Violent Agenda series. This will pick up where book 1 left off. So many questions are answered but through the book many other questions are going to come to surface. Viola and her guys are back and this time they are at a new school. And Viola is now going through her kill list like crazy. And of course, her guys will help her execute her plan. We will learn more about the guys past and why they need to keep it a secret even though Viola doesn’t like it. Viola is attracted to each of them, and they console her when she needs it. And WOW what an incredible cliffhanger ending. Mallory Fox did a remarkable job with this book. I can’t wait to read A Promise of Torment.

Back with our little badass, female vigilante Viola! But things have changed since book one.

She's still masquerading as a student. She's no longer working - or living- alone , now being constantly tracked by the very boys she was hired to kill in book one. And this time, she is no longer on the same side as Dante , her old mentor. And he means business.

Viola struggles with the new dynamics of working with others. She's used to not answering to anyone, going where she wants , killing who she wants and when she wants. She only seems to use them when she needs them - like getting rid of a body, which we know she hates. Any time they try to help, she snaps and growls at them like a feral cat. She thinks she's protecting them, when in fact she's coming across very cold and very selfish to the boys. They have no idea how to break thru the barriers she keeps putting up, and then keeps changing the rules about how they can get in daily.

There is more difference with this  book. There is less coverage of her doing her Wicked dark deeds. Instead were informed that they're done and we move on. There is instead more information about her, the boys, quinn and Dante. And of course Harley-Black.

The boys are facing their own battles aswell as the constant, ongoing, exhausting one that is Viola. Lorcan is fighting for his sister and their inheritance,  Dino is being pulled back into a family he had tried to escape. Jude? Jude is being worrisome with his constant drinking, drugs and sleeping around - avoidance and self destruction at its finest.

With these fractures between the team, it's only natural bad things happen. And Viola thinks by giving herself to Dante and his employer she's saving the boys and believing she won't be badly hurt.

We leave her about to test that theory, Dante leaving her in his rearview mirror with mixed feelings and the three boys tearing their hair out not knowing where to look!

I believe the next book - a combination of action and info - is going to becexplosice and I can't wait!!!

I received a copy of the ebook in return for an honest review

This series is pretty entertaining so far. Some connections I’ve figured out pretty easily but I love the banter between the MFC and her boys. Nice little cliffhanger at the end so off to the next book!

they are back

Viola, Lorcan, Dino, and Jude are back. And the drama is still crazy as ever. The sexual tension between them is at an all time high and Viola’s past is closing in on her. The guys try to protect Viola as she fights herself on her feelings for them and she starts playing games with Dante. Games that leads her back to her mysterious father. This book ends on such a cliffhanger with multiple characters and I can’t wait to see what happens with everyone in the next book because I think things are going to be even crazier.

A Legacy of Sorrow is the second book in the A Violent Agenda series. This is a reverse harem, bully romance. These books need to be read in order, as this book starts off right where book one ends.

Viola is back with her guys. Dino, Lorcan, Jude, and Dante. Her relationships are growing with some of them. Some secrets from book one are exposed, but there are more secrets to unearth. I don't want to give too much away, because so much happened in this book.

I loved learning more about Viola, and more about each of the guys. This book was action-packed and kept me on my toes to see what happened next.

I can't wait to see what happens next with Viola and her guys.
