This was so cozy and cute. A perfect graphic novel for transitioning from summer to autumn.
I really appreciated the themes about over fishing and how it affects the ecosystems of not only animals, but humans as well.

Lana and her father go help her aunt clean up her village after a storm. While there, Lana discovers a curious creature in need of help along with a whole ecosystem that needs help.

This graphic novel is short, sweet, and absolutely adorable. The art is beautiful and my favorite part. The story itself is so sweet and it has an excellent moral. The author turns a tale about the magic of the ocean into a lesson we can all learn from.

A quick and colorful read, with a magical underwater world, the adorable aquicorns and wonderful Lana. There's also some info on coral reefs and the dangers they face with the climate changing in the back which i thought was an important addition to the story

As I’ve said before O’Neill has a way of writing worlds that I just wish I could jump into the pages of and this book was no different. If I could run into these pages you would never hear from me again. I also love how their books tackle such big emotional problems in a really simple way that children can understand. These are great books to explore messages of grief and saving the environment and the impact that you can have one the environment. I also just love their art style all their books are so gorgeous I could look at the art panels over and over again and never get tired.
