Aquicorn Cove

K. O'Neill

4.2 AVERAGE

very beautiful illustrations and overall a good message, but as a vegan i cannot agree with how they treat fishing at the end as just taking what they need

4/5 stars.

This graphic novel is so beautiful. Kay O’Neill’s graphic novels warm my heart. The Tea Dragon series was amazing and this one too. They’re so comforting. The illustrations are gorgeous.

It talks about important issues and gives a powerful message with a beautiful story where these aquicorns exist. It encourages you to help and make a change.

It was interesting to see how both parts couldn’t see eye to eye at first but ended up finding the solution. And I loved seeing Lana finding herself.

There’s always diversity, which is incredible.

The little aquicorn was so cute.

It was truly amazing.

Cute, love the message and the art. I do wish we got to see more of characters and maybe learn about them? I understand that wasn't the premise of the book it was likely meant to be cute, lighthearted and gets it's message. Though I would I loved to learn more about the characters and get a chance to connect with them more.
