Loveable characters: Yes

Simple graphic novel named at a younger audience. The art is cartoony with kind of blocky semi jarring coloring, which is clearly a stylistic choice. The tone is bit overly moralistic. But still it tells a readable story with fairly memorable characters and place. And the aquicorns themselves feel original and different. 3.5 of 5.

This is so incredibly well done. They had a good strong message and The illustrations were adorable. Plus, I love the sapphic rep that this book had.

This is a cute and important story. I loved the art style again, although I already knew that because I adored her "The Tea Dragon Society" books. A really beautiful story with an important message. To understand more about the issue posed by the author she has included more information in the end.
