Not enough stars for this one. So far the entire series has been 5 stars, they've pulled at the heartstrings and had me giggling. Seriously, I wasn't sure Adams was going to top the joy I felt at the Russian in book 2 and all the "what? It happens in Russia all the time" remarks. This installment, had me yelling at the characters. I know it's a romance, it's going to be HEA and all the plot lines are going to work out ok but the amount of rage I felt toward Candance and Marsh had me up in arms for our MCs, "Alexis, grrrrrrrrrrrl, don't do it....." it was all building up the best tension. And as things are coming to the end, I just sat on my couch with tears streaming as I listened to the late-20s chapters with the cemetery scene and Papa Logan's letter. All the feels with this one.

I really enjoy this series but I think this is my least favorite. I still enjoyed this installment but the romance felt rushed and had a lot of conflict for such a short time.
