Alexis is probably my favorite FMC so far (her character just resonates with me). While Noah is probably my least favorite MMC (ugh I know, I know). He originally was a front runner, but then I got annoyed with him. Oops. Beefcake, though, is the overall favorite. No notes.

It was a good friends to lovers romance. Sweet at times, sad at others. Loved the friend group and the guys planning the wedding. So hyped to read the final two books (I actually hate that I read this series out of order 😭). At least the last two books will center around my two favorite Bromance Book Clubbers (as of this moment, who knows how I'll feel about them when reading their stories).

Super easy and fun read

It was just waaaaay too dramatic for what I wanted from this book.
The first book was cute and dealt with a marriage in crisis. However, as the books have gone on they have used other forms of difficulties to carry the plot. In the second book this was done well and surrounded the assault/harassment by a celebrity chef. However, this book felt overly dramatic (almost like a later Greys Anatomy episode - trying to justify its continuance) and we now have unknown families, kidney transplants, and long lost fathers.
I had anticipated a fun romance read and this just didn’t fit into that want.

I do like it when the guys in this series try to resist joining the book club, don't want to see the benefit of reading romance, but then, truth hurts, they read a book and learn something.

Another fun meeting of the Bromance Book Club. That cat terrifies me though.
